Valerie is an Indiana native and a graduate of
Ball State University with a degree in Fashion Merchandising and Marketing. Her
earlier career in retail allowed her to hone her customer service skills and
attention to detail. These talents have contributed to her becoming the
successful REALTOR® that she is.

A top producer at CENTURY 21 Scheetz, one of
the aspects of real estate she treasures most is building long-lasting
friendships with her clients. She walks alongside her clients through every
step of the process. As her clients find the perfect home, she shares in their
enthusiasm. A keen negotiator, and responsive communicator, Valerie has the
unique ability to bring a sense of calm to her clients.  Perhaps it's that
they know they are in good hands with Valerie, as she is a true partner with
them, keeping them informed and educated at every possible point. Believing in
always bettering herself and her profession, Valerie also earned a Pricing
Strategy Advisor (PSA) certificate to better assist her clients in pricing
their homes for sale and to help buyers better understand the ever-changing
market.

Valerie and her husband currently reside in
Carmel, and she is a mom to three lovely daughters. Valerie enjoys visiting Austin,
where two of her daughters live, playing pickleball, reading, and spending time
at her family's lake home at Lake James in her spare time.
